Coronavirus (COVID-19): Update on our services
To protect the health of our team, we have now implemented the next stage of our business continuity plan and where possible, our Geodesys team is working remotely. We hope you will not see any impact on the service you receive. However, all phone lines have been diverted to mobile phones and due to the way the remote phone system works, you may be put through to someone who is already on a call or unavailable. We therefore ask that if your call to Customer Services (0800 085 8050) is not responded to within six rings, please hang up and dial again. Hopefully this will be a rare occurrence. Apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
